Corporate Internet Manager (1997 to present).
Fair, Isaac & Company San Rafael, California

Challenged to strategize content and architect functionality of new corporate Web site. Designed initial sitemap, wrote vision and plans, edited content, created graphics and launched www.fairisaac.com. Reviewed initial results with management, surveyed usage internally and externally, and coordinated next generation of design and content in under three months with start-up budget of $60k. After tabulating qualified leads generated from Web site usage, began project management of next iteration—fully database-driven Web site.

Creative Services/Brand Manager (1990 to 1997).
Fair, Isaac & Company San Rafael, California

Built Creative Services department and its core capabilities.  Designed brand identity systems and templates; identified functions and needed equipment/software; hired and trained staff; designed database of 1000 presentations; organized on-line inventory system and remote electronic approvals; continued to adapt systems to needs of users while increasing speed and quality of output.

  • Developed and produced the corporate identity and branding system—designed new logo treatments, print standards and documentation. Designed and produced all corporate collateral from concept through print. Formatted brochures, newsletters, presentations and developed on-line templates in universal software.
    Provided instructions for remote use and trained international users on-line.
  • Developed theme and graphics for corporate conferences. Produced packaging, promo, ads, signage, slides, videos. Assumed responsibility for design of annual reports. Slashed budget in half.
  • Directed multiple creative marketing projects and product roll-outs, including new logos, brands, software icons, packaging, advertising, collateral, sales and training presentations, direct mail, T-shirts and other paraphernalia.
